Beverly Hills Construction - Studio

Beverly Hills artist Linda Kunik commissioned this Beverly Hills General Contractor to build this two story design built artists studio in the place of her old two car garage. We demolished the old structure, excavated in to the hillside and built this new 2000 square foot building with a thousand foot studio with 12 foot interior walls. Clear story windows and 5 large skylights flood the space with natural light. The building is clad with batt & board custom milled sustainable growth cedar and with special organic low stain by Timber Pro UV. This studio blends into the hillside and melts in with the Jack Pine trees lining the hill behind the building.
