This beautiful custom home sits on a full acre in the Hollywood Hills. The original home, due to ground movement and structural failures was demolished leaving only one wall. We built the new home including hillside repair, friction pillions and new retaining wall. This custom house, 4 bed, 4 bath and 3400 square feet with 20 foot sliding glass wood doors opening to an 1200 redwood outside living space. This home was in construction for eleven months. Off the city sewer grid this home has a modern septic system with a 70 foot cistern. This fabulous home was designed by Pasadena architect Forest Atto.
